Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5 October 2026

SalesSutra CRM ("SalesSutra", "we", "us") is a multi-tenant sales CRM operated by NMC Tech. This policy explains what information we collect when companies ("tenants") and their users use SalesSutra at salessutra.nmctech.cloud, how we use it, and the choices available.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: names, work email addresses, phone numbers, roles and team membership of tenant users.
  • CRM data entered by tenants: leads, customers, notes, follow-ups, meetings, orders and related records that a tenant adds or imports. The tenant controls this data; we process it on the tenant's behalf.
  • Usage and technical data: sign-in sessions, activity and audit logs, IP address and browser information used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Google user data: only when a tenant's Google account is connected for meetings, as described in section 3.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the CRM features the tenant has enabled, such as lead assignment, scheduling and reporting.
  • To send service emails and in-app notifications, such as meeting invitations and reminders.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use tenant data for advertising.

3. Google user data

A tenant can connect its own Google account so SalesSutra can schedule Google Meet meetings with its leads. The connection is made by signing in to that Google account and approving access; it is set up by NMC Tech at the tenant's request. When connected, SalesSutra requests the following permissions:

  • Your email address and basic identity (openid, userinfo.email): to show which Google account is connected.
  • Google Calendar events (calendar.events): to create, update and cancel the calendar events for meetings booked in SalesSutra, and to send invitations to the guests of those meetings. SalesSutra only works with events it created; it does not read, list or analyse your other calendar events.
  • Google Meet spaces (meetings.space.created, meetings.space.settings): to create the Meet link for each booked meeting and to restrict that meeting to invited guests only. SalesSutra only accesses Meet spaces it created.

What we store: the connected Google email address, the OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest), and, for each meeting booked through SalesSutra, the calendar event ID and the Meet link. We do not store the contents of your calendar, your contacts, emails or meeting recordings from Google.

Sharing: Google user data is used only to provide the meeting feature to the tenant that connected the account. It is not shared with other tenants, sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI or machine-learning models. It is only transferred where needed to provide the feature, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users.

SalesSutra's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting: a tenant can ask us to disconnect its Google account at any time. Disconnecting revokes our access with Google and deletes the stored tokens. The account owner can also remove SalesSutra's access directly from their Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored on servers we manage, with access restricted to authorised personnel. Each tenant's data is kept separate from other tenants. Secrets such as Google tokens and email passwords are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep tenant data for as long as the tenant's account is active. A tenant administrator can delete records within SalesSutra, or ask us to delete the tenant's workspace and its data by emailing us. Google tokens are deleted as soon as Google is disconnected.

6. Your choices

If you are a lead or customer of one of our tenants, that tenant controls your data; please contact them first. You may also contact us and we will help direct your request.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be communicated to tenant administrators.
